Our Atlanta, Georgia office accepts cases throughout the United States and abroad. We also represent Georgia-based clients in international family law matters, whether the case arises in an international or domestic forum.
Our primary focus is uniting families. We help families come together through family-based immigration, help people become legal permanent residents and naturalized citizens, and partner with criminal defense attorneys to minimize the impact of criminal charges on an individual’s immigration status.
We pay special attention to families adopting children or seeking surrogate mothers abroad, as well as those going through international divorce or custody disputes. The legal aspects involved in these transnational matters are extremely complex and require a level of knowledge and experience that Sohahong Law Group can offer.
